Multisim Circuit Simulation

Students will learn to use the simulation software, Multisim, to simulate the behavior of digital circuits. Students will explore the functionality of various digital circuits without the need of physical components. Finally, students will deploy digital circuits to hardware using NI Digital Systems Development Board to reinforce concepts discussed throughout the lab.
This is lab 1 of 16 in the course, Digital Electronics.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

After completing this lab, students will be able to:
  1. Open pre-configured circuits and PLD designs in Multisim.
  2. Configure and build circuits an PLD designs in Multisim.
  3. Simulate simple digital circuits
  4. Deploy PLD designs to the FPGA

REQUIRED SKILLS
