Product architects, who are responsible for the silicon at a high level, write the product specifications, and who are responsible for approving the design meets the specification requirements as data is gathered from the Verification, Validation and ATE phases of a product development cycle. The content is also applicable to the Verification, Validation, and ATE engineers gathering the data needed for that phase of a product development cycle.

    Task-based objectives

After completing this training, you will be able to describe the functionality available in the SCM tool and how it can be used across the three major disciplines of Pre-silicon Verification, Post-silicon bench validation, and ATE. You will launch the SCM tool, create products, configure and load specifications, review compliance (health and completeness), and download compliance reports.
